Refund policy

At Tulua Home & Style, our aim is to offer you an exceptional shopping experience and products that you are happy with.

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return your order for a credit note or exchange it in-store or online within 14 days of your purchase/receipt of purchase in accordance with our returns and exchange policy detailed below.

For eligible returns, please email us at contact@tuluahomeandstyle.com.au with details and wait for an email receipt of approval. Once approved, you can return the order in-store or online.

If returning in-store, please show a staff member your proof of purchase to process your return.

All returns must be received back in the original condition. This refers to all packaging, labelling and contents that must be intact and in a perfectly saleable condition. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON SALE
Cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited. All sale purchases are final.

FASHION
Full price fashion items can be returned for an exchange or credit note; refunds are not offered.
Items must be in perfect, unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged condition with original tags intact.

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered will be returned to you without processing.

FURNITURE/ART/MIRRORS & LIGHTING
There are no returns on furniture, art mirrors or lighting. All purchases are final.

HOMEWARES
Full price homewares can be exchanged or issued a credit note.
Homewares bought with a promotional code can be exchanged only.
Items must be in perfect, undamaged/unused condition with original tags.

JEWELLERY
Can be exchanged or a credit note issued.
There is no returns on earrings.

GIFT CARDS & PURCHASES WITH GIFT CARDS
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Full price or promotional discount purchases made with gift cards can be exchanged only.
Sale item purchases made with gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders cannot be exchanged, credited, or returned. All orders we have ordered in for you annot be returned.

FAULTY ITEMS
We strive to provide high-quality products. If in the unlikely event you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, please email a photo of the defect along with a description to contact@tuluahomeandstyle.com.au 

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if an item has a minor fault, we may repair it and return it to you. If the fault cannot be repaired, we will replace it or refund you in full if a replacement is not available.

LOST/STOLEN PARCELS
Tulua Home & Style is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes for lost parcels.

We will provide all tracking details for your reference.

When returning goods please use a reliable and trackable method of postage, as Tulua Home & Style will not be held responsible for any items you return which go missing or become damaged in transit.

We do not credit original shipping fees and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
